Narrative:
On mar/thu/01 I became aware of a non compliance from air carrier that aircraft xyz right and left nose tires were missing the axle washers. On feb/thu/01 I proceeded with replacement of right and left nose tires in conjunction with air carrier maintenance manual and air carrier job card 32-4X-bx. The right and left nose tires were torqued correctly and no lateral movement was observed. The aircraft then flew 11 days without incident.
