Narrative:
I became aware of a non compliance from air carrier that right and left nose landing gear tires were missing the axle washers. On feb/thu/01, I accomplished a check on both left and right nose landing gear tires as per manual. The left and right nose landing gear tires were torqued correctly and no side load lateral movement was noted. The aircraft went on to fly 11 days without incident.
