Radar vectors to visual approach runway 27R at phl. ATC directed right turn onto final approach and descent to 4000 ft. During descending turn, TCASII RA issued climb at 2000 FPM or greater to avoid air carrier traffic established on final. Climbed to approximately 4600 ft MSL before 'clear of conflict' received on TCASII.
