On takeoff, we got a leading edge flap disagreement message. Accomplished the irregular procedure -- no help. Returned for overweight landing, flaps 20 degrees, 100 degrees, 213K weight. Did cabin advisory and rolled fire trucks for possible hot brakes. Landed uneventfully.
