Narrative:
After takeoff from tul, and initial contact with tul departure, we had turned the aircraft to intercept the 097 degree radial off of tul, then proceeded to intercept the 253 degree radial off of rzc, as per our ATC clearance. Approach asked where we were headed because our clearance was to fly runway heading. Neither the captain nor I heard the request to fly runway heading.
Original NASA ASRS Text

Narrative: AFTER TKOF FROM TUL, AND INITIAL CONTACT WITH TUL DEP, WE HAD TURNED THE ACFT TO INTERCEPT THE 097 DEG RADIAL OFF OF TUL, THEN PROCEEDED TO INTERCEPT THE 253 DEG RADIAL OFF OF RZC, AS PER OUR ATC CLRNC. APCH ASKED WHERE WE WERE HEADED BECAUSE OUR CLRNC WAS TO FLY RWY HDG. NEITHER THE CAPT NOR I HEARD THE REQUEST TO FLY RWY HDG.
