Narrative:
I did not witness the incident. The flight attendant involved told me that a passenger in first class grabbed her violently by the arm and told her something like, 'you are supposed to be working here in first class, not in coach.' the flight attendant involved told me of the incident and how it shook her up. I suggested that she file a report about it. Passenger have no right to tell our flight attendants how to do their job, and they have no right to get physical about it.
