Narrative:
I flew the king air over the drop zone with the intention of only checking the area for VFR conditions. However, the skydivers thought that I was making an actual jump run. Even though I told them not to jump out because it was cloudy, they still jumped out. I could not control them at this point. It was obvious to me that the skydivers jumped in violation of the FARS. Later, I told the owner/manager of the drop zone that the next time it was cloudy I would not fly near the drop zone area since I could not trust the skydivers. I also told the skydivers not to jump through the clouds.
