Narrative:
I was PIC of a C208 caravan that was dropping military static line parachutist in restricted airspace. I had dropped 4 on the first pass and was coming around for the second when the D2 called up and said 'nxxxx, hold your jumpers.' I made another orbit, and noticed that F16's were flying all through my airspace. I moved west about 2 mi to move off of the restr airspace. After several orbits outside the restricted airspace, my windshield was filled with a gray F16. We missed each other by about 50 ft horizontal and 50 ft vertical.
