Narrative:
Exceedance of 250 KTS below 10000 ft. Descending to 9000 ft, copilot inadvertently exceeded the 250 KT restr at 10000 ft. Captain advised ATC that we were slowing. ATC did not indicate any problem was encountered due to the overspd.
