Narrative:
On departure, we lost all ground based navigation capabilities. It is possible that we lost this equipment prior to departure. Both crew members assumed the other crew member had checked the navigation page of the FMS during preflight. The problem was caused by complacency towards company flows.

Title: A320 CREW FOUND THAT THEY HAD NO RAW DATA NAV INFO ON THE MOVING MAP DEPARTING PHX.
Narrative: ON DEP, WE LOST ALL GND BASED NAV CAPABILITIES. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT WE LOST THIS EQUIP PRIOR TO DEP. BOTH CREW MEMBERS ASSUMED THE OTHER CREW MEMBER HAD CHKED THE NAV PAGE OF THE FMS DURING PREFLT. THE PROB WAS CAUSED BY COMPLACENCY TOWARDS COMPANY FLOWS.
