Narrative:
I have ucr'ed this problem of how the primary and beacon overlaps. This is needed for proper radar separation -- safety issue. However, the manager closed the ucr without looking at it. I then refiled a ucr on this. Solution; have an fpl and airways facilities technicians work together to resolve problem.

Title: SAV CTLR CONCERNED WITH MGMNT RESPONSE TO SAFETY RPT ABOUT RADAR BEACON OVERLAP.
Narrative: I HAVE UCR'ED THIS PROB OF HOW THE PRIMARY AND BEACON OVERLAPS. THIS IS NEEDED FOR PROPER RADAR SEPARATION -- SAFETY ISSUE. HOWEVER, THE MGR CLOSED THE UCR WITHOUT LOOKING AT IT.
