Narrative:

While on vectors for an ILS approach to runway 9R into atl, I asked my first officer to set up the approach. We were given a 060 degree heading to join the localizer and cleared for the approach. I had not noticed that the wrong localizer frequency was dialed in. Flight was made through the inbound course and a missed approach was executed. Prior to executing missed approach, we came close to north runway 8L approach course. However, no one was on that final.
