Narrative:

I opened the 2 oven doors in first class. I placed 1 oven rack on l-hand side. When I saw the lunch entrees, I was sidetracked and bent down to see if I had wine bottles to open. After removing a white and a red large bottle (in each hand) I stood up straight, under the open over door. I hit the corner of the door over my r-hand side of my head towards the front side of my head. When I opened my eyes, I pushed myself off the floor in the galley. Maintenance was working outside the aircraft and came on board to see what the sound was. He then informed the 2 flight attendants in back of the aircraft. Then the agent brought down 4 passenger to preboard. The 'mod' was called. A flight attendant replaced me, I went to medical, then to emergency room for evaluation/CAT scan. If I had closed the oven doors first, this may not have happened.
