Narrative:
Isp tower was non radar. Traffic watch cessna eastbound along sunrise highway. Approach xferred communication of B190 5 mi final. I was on the line coordinating with N90. I cleared B190 to land. He came back and said 'what is this cessna doing?' at that time, B190 was at 1700 ft and cessna 1300 ft, crossing in front. I told B190 about the cessna and he continued his approach.
