Narrative:
Controller (mr X on ZJX frequency abc) gave turn from 020 degrees to 350 degrees. We acknowledged and commenced turn immediately then got TCASII alert while in turn. Controller issued further turn to 330 degrees for traffic. We acknowledged further turn and controller claimed he had called and we did not respond which was wrong. We also informed him we got the TCASII warning and were monitoring the data. He informed us to pay more attention to the controller and less to TCASII, to which I replied, 'if I get a TCASII warning I will give it priority over a controller every time as dictated north our manual.' he informed me he will file the report and so do I.
