Narrative:
Took off early to practice emergency procedures. After making 5 practice lndgs at airport, flew south over river bottom for another practice over farm fields. After 2 practice passes, set up for a full flap attempt. Dropped over field and hesitated while reconfiguring aircraft for takeoff. Struck power lines at end of field. Aircraft had damaged pitot tube and bent stall warning flap. 2 power lines were cut.

Title: SMA PLT HIT ELECTRICAL PWR LINES WHILE PRACTICING EMER LNDGS.
Narrative: TOOK OFF EARLY TO PRACTICE EMER PROCS. AFTER MAKING 5 PRACTICE LNDGS AT ARPT, FLEW S OVER RIVER BOTTOM FOR ANOTHER PRACTICE OVER FARM FIELDS. AFTER 2 PRACTICE PASSES, SET UP FOR A FULL FLAP ATTEMPT. DROPPED OVER FIELD AND HESITATED WHILE RECONFIGURING ACFT FOR TKOF. STRUCK PWR LINES AT END OF FIELD. ACFT HAD DAMAGED PITOT TUBE AND BENT STALL WARNING FLAP. 2 PWR LINES WERE CUT.
