Narrative:
On jul/wed/01 I inadvertently dispatched flight to sna with MEL 78-01, an inoperative thrust reverser. Per the MEL, all thrust reversers must be operative for sna takeoff and lndgs. The captain missed this MEL, too. The flight diverted to lax.

Title: A LARGE COMMERCIAL TURBOJET WAS DIVERTED TO ANOTHER ARPT DUE TO THE DISPATCHER MISSING THE RESTR ON THE DEFERRED ITEM ON THRUST REVERSER INOP.
Narrative: ON JUL/WED/01 I INADVERTENTLY DISPATCHED FLT TO SNA WITH MEL 78-01, AN INOP THRUST REVERSER. PER THE MEL, ALL THRUST REVERSERS MUST BE OPERATIVE FOR SNA TKOF AND LNDGS. THE CAPT MISSED THIS MEL, TOO. THE FLT DIVERTED TO LAX.
