Narrative:
On STAR lizard 1 into tpa, about 40 mi south taylor VOR, hand microphone became stuck. Did not notice until south of ocala VOR, tracking 185 degree radial. Hand microphone stuck approximately 10-15 mins. After realizing we should be starting down for tpa we discovered the stuck microphone. We contacted center and were asked to call them when we got on the ground. I contacted ZJX on the phone and explained. On the outbound flight, tpa to cmh, as we taxied out, we again got a stuck hand microphone, but no one had touched either hand microphone. We were both on headsets. We discovered the captain's hand microphone was sticking due to turbulence and bumps in txwys. We pulled both hand mikes out and wrote a maintenance write-up. Some distractions were flight attendants in cockpit on the inbound flight and malfunctioning hand mikes.
