Narrative:
On departure from FBO, received ground control instructions and clearance to runway 19, via taxiway a and taxiway K. Taxiway K branched directly to runway 19 across a ramp which turned out to be military. No restr marking posted at ramp. About 100 yards across ramp, a pick-up truck, apparently contract security, pulled alongside my aircraft and motioned me to stop. The truck pulled in front of my aircraft, driver got out and motioned me to shut down the aircraft and get out. I refused to shut down because of hot start problems. Airport security arrival, talked with contract security. Contract security motioned me to follow airport security truck to runway 19, where we departed as cleared. Contract security did a foolish and dangerous thing to pull a pickup truck directly into the path of a taxiing aircraft. Ramp was not marked 'restr' but should have been if ANG wanted no civil aircraft access.

Title: SMA PLT INADVERTENTLY TAKES THE WRONG TXWY FORK AND ENDS UP GOING INTO A MIL RAMP WHEREIN A MIL SECURITY VEHICLE INTERCEPTED HIM AND STOPPED IN FRONT OF HIS ACFT SO HE COULD NOT GO ANY FURTHER.
Narrative: ON DEP FROM FBO, RECEIVED GND CTL INSTRUCTIONS AND CLRNC TO RWY 19, VIA TXWY A AND TXWY K. TXWY K BRANCHED DIRECTLY TO RWY 19 ACROSS A RAMP WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE MIL. NO RESTR MARKING POSTED AT RAMP. ABOUT 100 YARDS ACROSS RAMP, A PICK-UP TRUCK, APPARENTLY CONTRACT SECURITY, PULLED ALONGSIDE MY ACFT AND MOTIONED ME TO STOP. THE TRUCK PULLED IN FRONT OF MY ACFT, DRIVER GOT OUT AND MOTIONED ME TO SHUT DOWN THE ACFT AND GET OUT. I REFUSED TO SHUT DOWN BECAUSE OF HOT START PROBS. ARPT SECURITY ARR, TALKED WITH CONTRACT SECURITY. CONTRACT SECURITY MOTIONED ME TO FOLLOW ARPT SECURITY TRUCK TO RWY 19, WHERE WE DEPARTED AS CLRED. CONTRACT SECURITY DID A FOOLISH AND DANGEROUS THING TO PULL A PICKUP TRUCK DIRECTLY INTO THE PATH OF A TAXIING ACFT. RAMP WAS NOT MARKED 'RESTR' BUT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IF ANG WANTED NO CIVIL ACFT ACCESS.
