Winds 200 degrees at 14 KTS gusting to 18-20 KTS, runway 21. Hot day. Airplane within weight and balance. Rapid descent last 15-20 ft, hard landing, bounce, then 4 bounces, 2 right propeller strikes. Uneventful 45 min flight led up to this landing. Other reporting gusty lndgs approach end of runway 21 to tower.
