Narrative:
While taxiing from the FBO ramp, the left wingtip of my airplane contacted the spinner of a single engine parked aircraft causing a small dent and scratches to the spinner. My airplane suffered a broken plastic lens cover and a scratch under the left wing. The mishap did not qualify as a rptable accident or incident according to NTSB. The mishap occurred because I was distraction inside the cockpit instead of watching outside as I should have been. In the future, I will set up the radios, transponder, GPS, etc, while I am stopped!
