Narrative:
Right brake locked on turn off of runway 17R to runway 17L approach, causing wide left turn which caused right propeller to strike taxi light at intersection. Could not stop aircraft turn in time to avoid light. When brakes applied plane swerved to right side of runway. Applied power to right engine to turn left. Later discovered parking brakes had worked out 3/4 of inch which caused brakes to act up. Having a&P check.

Title: A SMALL, #2 ENG, LOW WING ACFT WHILE MAKING A WIDE L TURN THE R BRAKE LOCKED UP WHICH CAUSED THE R PROP TO STRIKE A TAXI LIGHT. LATER DISCOVERED THE PARKING BRAKE HAD WORKED OUT OF OFF DETENT.
