Narrative:

In response to an incident that occurred on jul/mon/01 involving the removal and installation of the nose landing gear retraction actuator on aircraft, I was informed by my maintenance manager and the FAA agent that I had not followed procedures per maintenance manual -- my not having the aircraft or jacks, per maintenance manual. Supplemental information from acn 519474: while, performing maintenance on aircraft, I was not following maintenance manual procedures while removing the nose landing gear retract actuator. The maintenance manual calls for the aircraft to be on jacks. I only had the landing gear pins installed.
