Narrative:

I was made aware of a possible oversight by maintenance to unpin a thrust reverser after clearing item from the logbook. I flew the aircraft from XXX to YYY unaware that the thrust reverser was still pinned in the stowed position. After landing we think we had a thrust reverser message on the MFDU, however, message went away when we stowed thrust reversers. We did not investigate any further because there wasn't a message remaining on MFDU. We disregarded it as an electronic glitch.
