Title: A B777 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH SEVERAL WRITE-UPS USED TO REPAIR ACFT DAMAGE WERE FOUND MISSING FROM THE ACFT PAPERWORK PACKAGE.
