Narrative:
On landing on ord runway 22R, I noticed an emergency vehicle responding at high speed to an emergency aircraft that had already landed on 14L. The emergency vehicle was on the parallel taxiway for runway 14L. I noticed the vehicle just as we landed and it was approaching runway 22R. I told the first officer to 'watch that guy' just as the vehicle rapidly slowed and turned around. As we passed by the vehicle, it appeared to me that the vehicle may have been past the hold line on the northwest side of the intersection of taxiway P and runway 22R. The aircraft it was responding to was at the end of runway 14L.
