Narrative:
Crew misread opale 5 commercial chart depicted procedure and proceeded to magot intersection and asked for vectors. Approach control gave 100 degree heading and landing on runway 34 normally accomplished. Human factor: crew focused on altitude restr at hansi and magot and expected radar vectors. Depiction was confusing.
