Narrative:
The lead flight attendant started boarding the flight without the proper number of qualified flight attendants on board. During these extremely difficult times of the past week, coupled with the mass confusion of matching fly crewas with flts, my lead flight attendant used a commuter flight attendant to help start boarding our flight. She did this without my knowledge and approval. When I was told this was a commuter flight attendant I informed her that she couldn't use her to board an air carrier flight. Her reply was she didn't know. As we were stopping the boarding our missing flight attendant showed up.
