Narrative:
I apparently took an unauthorized flight on 9/sat/01. Direction of flight was north, but southwest of abe traffic area (class C) northeast to east stroudsburg (N53), north to honesdale, PA (N30), southeast toward easton, PA. Remaining northeast of the field (N43). I continued southeast to an area near skymanor (N40) and returned to quakertown (ukt). This entire flight took place in class east org airspace. There was one takeoff and one landing at reference airport (ukt). Upon landing I was told by PA state police that the FAA had reported an unauthorized landing at quakertown, PA, to them. I had heard 9/thu/01 that the FAA had opened up the airports, I didn't hear that they had again closed them, nor did I check with flight service. It was a beautiful saturday afternoon. I was in the vicinity of the airport and decided to fly my airplane. The weather was so perfect, and I had no intention of going any great distance, that I didn't feel a need to get a weather briefing. This whole situation was unintentional on my part.
