Narrative:
Advised by tower to taxi into position and hold. We told tower that closeout not having been received, we were not ready. Tower directed us to hold short. We did. On receipt of numbers, we told ccs tower we were ready for departure. We were instructed to taxi into position and hold once again. Concurrent with the nose of our aircraft passing the hold line, I checked the final approach corridor and saw a commuter turboprop on short final. I stopped the aircraft about 5 yds past the hold line and suggested to tower that perhaps we should hold short. After a pause they vociferously agreed. Commuter aircraft landed uneventfully, and our subsequent takeoff was similarly uneventful. Supplemental information from acn 525001: as the captain started to pull onto the runway I noticed 2 yellow diamonds on the TCAS display. One was the aircraft rolling down the runway to our right. However, the other diamond was on our left. As I looked up I saw the captain clearing final and we both saw a light twin commuter type aircraft on very short final.

Title: B767 FLC ALERT SVMI CTLR TO LNDG ACFT AS THEY INITIATE ACTION TO STOP FURTHER ENTRY TO RWY.
Narrative: ADVISED BY TWR TO TAXI INTO POSITION AND HOLD. WE TOLD TWR THAT CLOSEOUT NOT HAVING BEEN RECEIVED, WE WERE NOT READY. TWR DIRECTED US TO HOLD SHORT. WE DID. ON RECEIPT OF NUMBERS, WE TOLD CCS TWR WE WERE READY FOR DEP. WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO TAXI INTO POSITION AND HOLD ONCE AGAIN. CONCURRENT WITH THE NOSE OF OUR ACFT PASSING THE HOLD LINE, I CHECKED THE FINAL APCH CORRIDOR AND SAW A COMMUTER TURBOPROP ON SHORT FINAL. I STOPPED THE ACFT ABOUT 5 YDS PAST THE HOLD LINE AND SUGGESTED TO TWR THAT PERHAPS WE SHOULD HOLD SHORT. AFTER A PAUSE THEY VOCIFEROUSLY AGREED. COMMUTER ACFT LANDED UNEVENTFULLY, AND OUR SUBSEQUENT TKOF WAS SIMILARLY UNEVENTFUL. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 525001: AS THE CAPT STARTED TO PULL ONTO THE RWY I NOTICED 2 YELLOW DIAMONDS ON THE TCAS DISPLAY. ONE WAS THE ACFT ROLLING DOWN THE RWY TO OUR RIGHT. HOWEVER, THE OTHER DIAMOND WAS ON OUR LEFT. AS I LOOKED UP I SAW THE CAPT CLEARING FINAL AND WE BOTH SAW A LIGHT TWIN COMMUTER TYPE ACFT ON VERY SHORT FINAL.
