Narrative:
Changed runway and flap setting taxiing out. On departure I believe we turned to 100 degree heading at 5 DME instead of 4 DME. Should have reviewed departure thoroughly again just before takeoff.

Title: A RWY CHANGE FOR DEP PROVIDES THE DISTR THAT LEADS TO A TRACK DEV ON THE DEP OUT OF PHX.
Narrative: CHANGED RWY AND FLAP SETTING TAXIING OUT. ON DEP I BELIEVE WE TURNED TO 100 DEG HDG AT 5 DME INSTEAD OF 4 DME. SHOULD HAVE REVIEWED DEP THOROUGHLY AGAIN JUST BEFORE TKOF.
