Narrative:
B752 was at FL370 and did not like the ride and asked for FL410 and was issued FL410. The aircraft started up. Then A319 was flashed from ZID and the handoff was taken. The possible situation was noticed but decided that there was time to see and do other things. The situation was reevaluated and vectors were decided as the course of action. They were issued and the situation occurred.
