Narrative:
We began a rolling takeoff on runway 1 at sawyer. While advancing the power, we heard a loud thump from the right side of the aircraft. As the first officer, I looked out to the right engine and saw smoke and sparks coming out of the outboard exhaust stack. I called 'engine fire' and to 'shut down the engines.' as the captain was securing the aircraft, I left the cockpit and evacuate/evacuationed the passenger out the cabin door and took them further down the runway into the wind as the captain and I had previously discussed during our pre takeoff briefing. The captain followed me out after securing the aircraft. Airport fire/rescue responded after approximately 10 mins and determined there was no fire. The crew and passenger were transported back to the terminal and the aft was tugged back to the hangar. A brief inspection showed scratches and puncture holes in the exhaust stack and the sound of dragging metal when rotating the propeller.

Title: A BE1900D ON TKOF EXPERIENCED SMOKE AND SPARKS FROM THE R ENG. EMER DECLARED AND ACFT EVACED. R ENG FAILURE.
Narrative: WE BEGAN A ROLLING TKOF ON RWY 1 AT SAWYER. WHILE ADVANCING THE PWR, WE HEARD A LOUD THUMP FROM THE R SIDE OF THE ACFT. AS THE FO, I LOOKED OUT TO THE R ENG AND SAW SMOKE AND SPARKS COMING OUT OF THE OUTBOARD EXHAUST STACK. I CALLED 'ENG FIRE' AND TO 'SHUT DOWN THE ENGS.' AS THE CAPT WAS SECURING THE ACFT, I LEFT THE COCKPIT AND EVACED THE PAX OUT THE CABIN DOOR AND TOOK THEM FURTHER DOWN THE RWY INTO THE WIND AS THE CAPT AND I HAD PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED DURING OUR PRE TKOF BRIEFING. THE CAPT FOLLOWED ME OUT AFTER SECURING THE ACFT. ARPT FIRE/RESCUE RESPONDED AFTER APPROX 10 MINS AND DETERMINED THERE WAS NO FIRE. THE CREW AND PAX WERE TRANSPORTED BACK TO THE TERMINAL AND THE AFT WAS TUGGED BACK TO THE HANGAR. A BRIEF INSPECTION SHOWED SCRATCHES AND PUNCTURE HOLES IN THE EXHAUST STACK AND THE SOUND OF DRAGGING METAL WHEN ROTATING THE PROP.
