Narrative:
Takeoff bkk runway 21R. After takeoff at 3000 ft AGL, flaps raised to zero. Flap fault (both system) on ECAM. Checklist directed recycle flaps, then stuck flap indicator. Returned to landing bkk runway 21R full slats -- no flaps. Landed overweight, rolled to last high-speed taxiway. Uneventful.

Narrative: TKOF BKK RWY 21R. AFTER TKOF AT 3000 FT AGL, FLAPS RAISED TO ZERO. FLAP FAULT (BOTH SYS) ON ECAM. CHKLIST DIRECTED RECYCLE FLAPS, THEN STUCK FLAP INDICATOR. RETURNED TO LNDG BKK RWY 21R FULL SLATS -- NO FLAPS. LANDED OVERWT, ROLLED TO LAST HIGH-SPD TXWY. UNEVENTFUL.
