Narrative:
I called FSS at KKK for NOTAM information to enter class B chicago airspace and was told that proficiency VFR flts were permitted. I also called dpa tower to make sure this information was correct. I then made a flight to dpa. I then departed dpa to complete my program. I later found out that the FSS infor was incorrect. NOTAM's interpretation appears to be a problem for FAA briefers and I did not intend to violate any NOTAMS.
