Narrative:
On climb out from hmo en route to phx lost all quantity and pressure in the #2 hydraulic system. Completed checklists, discussed situation and consulted company dispatch. As hmo was IMC and phx was VMC, and phx probably had better crash fire rescue, decision was made to continue to phx. Declared emergency, and advised flight attendant and passenger. Manually extended landing gear and landed uneventfully. Had aircraft towed to gate and deplaned the passenger.
