Cleared takeoff and climb to 2000 ft. Set 4000 ft on altitude by mistake and climbed to 4000 ft and leveled off. Thought I was cleared to 4000 ft. Departure controller called and said cleared only to 2000 ft. Also told to maintain 4000 ft.
