Narrative:
During pushback from the gate, the ramp agent driving the tug failed to see the wing walker's signal to stop. The tail of our aircraft struck the tail of a parked (empty) aircraft. Had the tug driver been vigilant in monitoring the signal's of the wing walker, the incident would have been avoided.
