Narrative:

I consulted with a cfii regarding flight restrs around the pittsburgh area. Performed flight using GPS/moving map and current tac chart. Remaining clear of all class B airspace, but cut within 1 mile of class B in order to avoid nearby nuclear power plant. I knew my location exactly due to the moving map, the tac chart, and my familiarity with the area. Upon returning to bvi, I was told to call pit approach for possible class B violation. At all times I was clear of all controled airspace.
