Narrative:
Sectors were just split. I feel if we would have waited an additional 5-10 mins, things would have split more smoothly and this may have been avoided. XXXX data block got dropped after the split, while it was still in the other sector. XXXX called on and was descended to FL210. Conflict activated with YYYY, which was somehow dropped. Separation was lost.

Title: DURING SECTOR DECOMBINING, AN ACFT DATA TAG WAS DROPPED, RESULTING IN A CONFLICT WITH A DSNDING CL60 AND AN ENRTE C525.
Narrative: SECTORS WERE JUST SPLIT. I FEEL IF WE WOULD HAVE WAITED AN ADDITIONAL 5-10 MINS, THINGS WOULD HAVE SPLIT MORE SMOOTHLY AND THIS MAY HAVE BEEN AVOIDED.
