Narrative:

On nov/fri/01 I departed ZZZ in a cessna 206 for ZZZ1. About XA00Z, I departed ZZZ1 for ZZZ2. I did my flight planning on the internet with the web flight planner and checked for power plants. When I arrived at ZZZ2, I was notified I was to call ZZZ3 and talk to mr. X. So I called and he said I flew through a tfr. He said I should of got flight following and he would have to report this to the FAA.
