Narrative:
Flying from XXX to YYY. While flying on a heading of about 200 degrees, I passed two power plants off my right side. I was over lake WWW. I did not receive a briefing because I had watched a weather channel and pulled up the radar on a home computer. This happened less than 24 hours from the time the restr started.

Title: A CESSNA 210 PLT INADVERTENTLY ENTERED A RESTR AIRSPACE. PLT WAS UNAWARE OF NOTAM DESIGNATING RESTR AIRSPACE.
Narrative: FLYING FROM XXX TO YYY. WHILE FLYING ON A HEADING OF ABOUT 200 DEGS, I PASSED TWO PWR PLANTS OFF MY R SIDE. I WAS OVER LAKE WWW. I DID NOT RECEIVE A BRIEFING BECAUSE I HAD WATCHED A WEATHER CHANNEL AND PULLED UP THE RADAR ON A HOME COMPUTER. THIS HAPPENED LESS THAN 24 HRS FROM THE TIME THE RESTR STARTED.
