Narrative:
Low speed (20-30 KTS) abort runway 36C at mem due to takeoff warning horn. Cleared runway and found leading edge flap circuit breaker popped. Reset circuit breaker. Waited approximately 5 mins, then took off uneventfully to iah. I did not bother to check the QRH. I was still under the impression of the 1 circuit breaker reset rule and wait 90 seconds. I understand that the new circuit breaker procedures came out 2 months ago, but that's still no excuse to not use the QRH when an abnormal arises.
