Narrative:
We experienced significant loss of power in both engines. After circling for a couple of mins without regaining power, we performed a precautionary landing on highway 105 heading 2. Engine run-up on the ground was performed and engines were able to make full power. After running engines for 20 mins, we were able to depart from highway 105 with the help of the police department (holding traffic for us).
