Narrative:
I have been on a 'flying vacation' from XXX to YYY and was returning home. After fueling in xyz. I picked up some head wind and thought I might need to make another fuel stop. My destination on that leg was xzz. I punched in nearest on the GPS and ZZZ came up. I did a normal approach and landing. When I landed I was told the airport was closed because it was within 10 mi of a power plant. We, the airport manager and I contacted the FAA after I, realized I had made a mistake.
