Narrative:

Landed on runway 7R at phx, made a left turn at taxiway F, and was told to hold short of runway 7L at F7. I made a left turn on F7 looking for the hold short lines. Could not see the hold short lines due to darkness, but could see where the runway was located. I kept slowly taxiing toward the runway looking for the hold short lines. Then I stopped because I thought I was getting too close to the runway. At the same time ground control told me to stop. I've passed the hold short lines, they told me over the radio. There was a possible runway incursion and took down a report. Corrective action: the area could have been better lighted. Conditions: runway and txwys were wet due to rain earlier. Factors affecting the quality of human performance: flew from phx to yuma, in the morning. Then I had to fly from yuma. To blh ca, to pick up another airplane. Had to wait for 3 hours before aircraft arrival at blh. Departed blh, ca at XA38 pm, mountain time and arrived at yuma, at XB15 pm local time. Did not arrive at the hotel until XC00 local time, did not get much rest, had to be back at airport at XE30 pm, had to wait for 3 hours for departure for ground stop for WX at phx, did not depart until XH10 pm. Pilot could have had been better rested!

Title: RWY INCURSION. A PA32 CARGO PLT TAXIES PAST THE HOLD SHORT LINE FOR RWY 7L AT PHX, AZ.

Narrative: LANDED ON RWY 7R AT PHX, MADE A L TURN AT TXWY F, AND WAS TOLD TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 7L AT F7. I MADE A L TURN ON F7 LOOKING FOR THE HOLD SHORT LINES. COULD NOT SEE THE HOLD SHORT LINES DUE TO DARKNESS, BUT COULD SEE WHERE THE RWY WAS LOCATED. I KEPT SLOWLY TAXIING TOWARD THE RWY LOOKING FOR THE HOLD SHORT LINES. THEN I STOPPED BECAUSE I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING TOO CLOSE TO THE RWY. AT THE SAME TIME GND CTL TOLD ME TO STOP. I'VE PASSED THE HOLD SHORT LINES, THEY TOLD ME OVER THE RADIO. THERE WAS A POSSIBLE RWY INCURSION AND TOOK DOWN A RPT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: THE AREA COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER LIGHTED. CONDITIONS: RWY AND TXWYS WERE WET DUE TO RAIN EARLIER. FACTORS AFFECTING THE QUALITY OF HUMAN PERFORMANCE: FLEW FROM PHX TO YUMA, IN THE MORNING. THEN I HAD TO FLY FROM YUMA. TO BLH CA, TO PICK UP ANOTHER AIRPLANE. HAD TO WAIT FOR 3 HRS BEFORE ACFT ARR AT BLH. DEPARTED BLH, CA AT XA38 PM, MOUNTAIN TIME AND ARRIVED AT YUMA, AT XB15 PM LCL TIME. DID NOT ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL UNTIL XC00 LCL TIME, DID NOT GET MUCH REST, HAD TO BE BACK AT ARPT AT XE30 PM, HAD TO WAIT FOR 3 HRS FOR DEP FOR GND STOP FOR WX AT PHX, DID NOT DEPART UNTIL XH10 PM. PLT COULD HAVE HAD BEEN BETTER RESTED!
