Narrative:
Departed ZZZ at XA00 for cross country flight to ZZZ1 en route student/owner wanted to fly over his land development. Advised controller of our intentions to practice aerial flight maneuvers (ie steep turns) in this area. It was approved by departure control. After several turns, we departed area to ZZZ1, and then to ZZZ2 when I arrived at ZZZ2 fbi was waiting for the aircraft. It seemed an overzealous citizen thought they observed our aircraft 'dump some chemical/liquid' out of the aircraft during our circling over ZZZ. After questioning and agreed search of our aircraft. Authorities seemed satisfied. However, I did call ZZZ TRACON and spoke with them to make sure they were ok with our operation that morning, which they were. I also obtained a WX briefing from ZZZ3 FSS prior to departure and was advised that ZZZ NOTAM for loitering/circling was cancelled. It was very scary ordeal, even for an honest individual.

Title: PA28 INSTRUCTOR AND STUDENT WERE ACCUSED OF DUMPING CHEMICAL LIQUID FROM THE ACFT. REPORT WAS FROM A PERSON ON THE GND.
Narrative: DEPARTED ZZZ AT XA00 FOR CROSS COUNTRY FLT TO ZZZ1 ENRTE STUDENT/OWNER WANTED TO FLY OVER HIS LAND DEVELOPMENT. ADVISED CTLR OF OUR INTENTIONS TO PRACTICE AERIAL FLT MANEUVERS (IE STEEP TURNS) IN THIS AREA. IT WAS APPROVED BY DEP CTL. AFTER SEVERAL TURNS, WE DEPARTED AREA TO ZZZ1, AND THEN TO ZZZ2 WHEN I ARRIVED AT ZZZ2 FBI WAS WAITING FOR THE ACFT. IT SEEMED AN OVERZEALOUS CITIZEN THOUGHT THEY OBSERVED OUR ACFT 'DUMP SOME CHEMICAL/LIQUID' OUT OF THE ACFT DURING OUR CIRCLING OVER ZZZ. AFTER QUESTIONING AND AGREED SEARCH OF OUR ACFT. AUTHORITIES SEEMED SATISFIED. HOWEVER, I DID CALL ZZZ TRACON AND SPOKE WITH THEM TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE OK WITH OUR OP THAT MORNING, WHICH THEY WERE.
