Taxi instructions were, 'taxi straight ahead on taxiway a, hold short of B1.' aircraft encroached onto B1. No aircraft conflicts noted. Sfo txwys a, B, B1, south and S1 at their confluence are very confusing and poorly marked. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that part of the problem is ot being familiar witht the runway 10 complex when runway 10R and 10L are is use. The said taxi instructions, especially at night, can be very confusing.
