Narrative:
While on a VFR flight from ZZZ direct to ZZZ1. I unknowingly entered the ZZZ2 special use airspace. While indeed aware of the dimensions of ZZZ2 as published, on the sectional, I was unaware that it had been enhanced to a different radius for reason of national security since the events of 09/tue/01. Upon initial contact to ZZZ1 tower, I was instructed to turn immediately northbound, that I was within the enhanced prohibited area (approximately 2 miles 'inside' ZZZ2 over the town of ZZZ2) my aircraft was 'visually interrogated' by a military aircraft off my right wing tip, and I was cleared to land at ZZZ1 airport by the ATC tower. I deeply regret the incident, my first airspace violation in many years of flying, and understand the importance of reviewing both the WX as well as all applicable NOTAMS prior to any flight, even one as short as this. My failure to be cognizant of fdc NOTAM caused this violation by me.

Title: AN SMA PLT VIOLATED A TFR INVOLVING RESTR AIRSPACE, SPAWNING A MIL INTERCEPT.
Narrative: WHILE ON A VFR FLT FROM ZZZ DIRECT TO ZZZ1. I UNKNOWINGLY ENTERED THE ZZZ2 SPECIAL USE AIRSPACE. WHILE INDEED AWARE OF THE DIMENSIONS OF ZZZ2 AS PUBLISHED, ON THE SECTIONAL, I WAS UNAWARE THAT IT HAD BEEN ENHANCED TO A DIFFERENT RADIUS FOR REASON OF NATIONAL SECURITY SINCE THE EVENTS OF 09/TUE/01. UPON INITIAL CONTACT TO ZZZ1 TWR, I WAS INSTRUCTED TO TURN IMMEDIATELY NBOUND, THAT I WAS WITHIN THE ENHANCED PROHIBITED AREA (APPROX 2 MILES 'INSIDE' ZZZ2 OVER THE TOWN OF ZZZ2) MY ACFT WAS 'VISUALLY INTERROGATED' BY A MIL ACFT OFF MY R WING TIP, AND I WAS CLRED TO LAND AT ZZZ1 ARPT BY THE ATC TWR.
