Narrative:
Passenger was upset because I put her bag in overhead bin above her seat, due to the fact she would not comply with request from myself to clear bulkhead row of all carry-on items before takeoff. She harassed me repeatedly throughout the flight. At one point when I was along in the first class galley, she got out of her seat and proceeded to poke me in the chest with her finger demanding I give her my name, because she felt I had no right to touch her personal belongings. I explained FAA regulation regarding proper stowage of carry-on bags repeatedly to her -- she said she did not care and I can't tell her what to do. I told her I would be contacting management about the fact that she has a problem following crew member instructions. 2 first class passenger sitting behind her told me I handled the situation perfectly and they would serve as witnesses. They felt flight attendants have other things to worry about without having people like this on airplanes.
